About UNIO

One connected approach to digital growth.

Businesses accumulate disconnected tools as they grow. Their website, customer journey, payments, operations, analytics and internal processes stop communicating.

UNIO exists to approach them as one system — so the business gets simpler to operate and easier to grow, not more complicated.

Mission

Create digital infrastructure that makes businesses simpler to operate and easier to grow.

Philosophy

Three verbs. One system.

Organize.

Create clarity across tools, teams and customer experience.

Scale.

Build infrastructure that grows with the business.

Develop.

FAQ

Useful questions.

What does UNIO build?

Websites, e-commerce, web and mobile applications, client portals, and the connected systems behind them — CRM, automation, payments, booking and reporting. The common thread: everything is designed to work as one system.

Do you work with existing websites?

Yes. Many engagements start from an existing site. We audit what is there, keep what works, and connect or rebuild what doesn't.

Can you connect software we already use?

Usually, yes. We integrate with established platforms — payment processors, booking tools, accounting software, e-commerce systems — through their official APIs. Where a tool can't connect, we'll tell you and propose an alternative.

Do you build mobile apps?

Yes — installable web apps for most cases, and native iOS/Android applications where the product justifies it. We'll recommend the lighter option when it serves you better.

Do you offer e-commerce?

Yes — from conversion-focused storefronts on established platforms to fully custom commerce with connected inventory, loyalty and operations.

Can you automate internal processes?

That's a core service. Lead routing, onboarding, invoicing, reminders, document generation, reporting — if your team does it manually and repeatedly, it's a candidate.

Who owns the website, app and code?

You do. Ownership of the deliverables transfers to you on final payment, with documentation and clean handover. We keep ownership only of our pre-existing internal tooling.

What happens after launch?

Every package includes an ongoing monthly service: hosting, maintenance, support, improvements and management. Launch is the start of the system working, not the end of the relationship.

How long does a project take?

A Foundation website typically runs 3–6 weeks. Platform builds run 6–10 weeks. Ecosystem engagements are phased and scoped individually. We commit to a timeline in the proposal.

Do you work outside Montréal?

Yes. UNIO is Montréal-based and works with businesses anywhere. Local clients get on-site collaboration; remote clients get the same system and the same accountability.

Can UNIO replace multiple software tools?

Often, yes. Many businesses pay for five tools that each do 20% of a job. We consolidate where it simplifies operations and keep best-in-class tools where they earn their place.

Do you work in English and French?

Oui. We work and deliver in both languages — bilingual websites, portals and communications are standard for our Québec clients.

How does pricing work?

Each package pairs a one-time setup fee with a monthly service fee (4-month minimum). The setup covers the build; the monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, support and ongoing improvements. Platform and Ecosystem pricing starts at a base and is confirmed after scoping.

Do you offer maintenance?

Yes — it's built into every package rather than sold as an afterthought. Your system stays fast, secure and improving every month.

Your business should work as one.
